Lost in Doors is a puzzle game about doors and surprising ways of interacting with them. Explore the absurd and mysterious world filled with only doors and try to solve all its puzzles. The game was developed as coursework during Aalto University studies in Game Design and Production but during the development, we kept in mind the possibility of expanding and building upon the prototype after the course. However, at the moment there is no continuation planned for the game.

Controls: Move with WASD, look around and interact with objects mouse

Note: Due to a bug in the current build, the player is not always correctly teleported when moving through a portal door. In the case that this happens, please return, and try moving through the door again, preferably at a slower pace. On an additional note: many portal doors are one-way only, and walking in the wrong direction would not activate teleportation.

Hi! Thanks for your comment and the rating! It's good to hear you liked it.

There is a bug in the current version that sometimes prevents player from getting trough the portals in the Web version (in Unity editor this intersetringly has not been an issue). It's on my todo list to fix it.

Great game, some puzzles are harder than others but overall pretty nice.

About 10 minute playthrough from my view.

Hi, and thanks for the feedback! We are planning on continuing to work with the game and all comments are really useful for improving the game experience.

It would actually be extra helpful if you would be able to describe which of the levels felt more difficult than others and if you know why. Do you remember what level they were or what elements there was in the level that made it harder than others?

Yeah, the first three were not bad and you could find out what it was. But the 4th was confusing because of everything else. I picked up the toilet paper or whatever on the pedestals and couldn't figure out what to do until I went to the paintings after like 5-8 minutes of looking around. It was a little hard to find out what to do there, which made sense, but the pickable items made it confusing a little more because I felt like that  might have something to do with opening the last door.
