Hexacoon
Note: Recommended to play in full-screen
In the heart of a forest, a raccoon stumbles upon a deck of cards near a trash can. Unaware of their power, when he touches them the whole forest gets destroyed. He now has to use their power to restore the forest to its original beauty. Will he succeed?
CONTROLS
- Drag and Drop using the mouse
- Zoom in/out using the scroll wheel
- WASD to move around the map
RULES
- Play terrains (Forest, Water, Meadow, Swamp, Rock) next to a previously placed terrain. You can also replace a terrain by playing a new terrain card on top of the previous terrain.
- Play animals anywhere on the map, but note that...
- Each terrain/animal should fulfill its rules. It doesn't need to happen immediately, as long as it's fulfilled before the end of the game!
- You gain +2 points for the correct placement but a penalty of -1 for a wrong one
- The game ends when you run out of cards
- But beware! As time goes by, cards are destroyed from the deck. The faster you play, the more cards you can play, and the more points you can score.
- But don't stress about going too fast. There will always be the next game

Nicely done on the tile placement, mixed with cards. Cool interpretation of the theme as well.
The only thing I would think about is giving the player a little more purpose than a high score. I think this has good potential to be made into something bigger.
Thank you for playing the game and leaving these encouraging words here! We'll take your feedback into account if we continue the project later.
