I though it should be possible, tried it and it worked. I'm not aware of any rules that would be against it, so I guess there's nothing wrong if the themes/limitations of both jams fit the game.
Very nice. I liked the idea and the simple design. I would like to be able to know where my cursor is right before I start to draw, so that I can not only use it as a visual cue but also have an idea of how much space I wil have to move, as in many times my cursor would left the game window and I couldn't continue from there. Other than that, it's really coll and it actually kind of reminds me of the tasks used in memory experiments in psychology
